Odour Control and Removal
ODOUR REMOVAL SERVICES
Odour control and removal issues have many causes. From severe odours caused by fire, smoke, mold, irresponsible tenants, to invasive species, such as rodents, raccoons, skunks or bats.
The first step in dealing with invasive, unpleasant odour in a home or business property is to identify the source. We then completely remove the source of the odour and clean and disinfect all affected surfaces. Even intense and foul odours can be controlled and removed at the source.
At ServiceMaster Restore of Kapuskasing we use highly trained technicians, specialized equipment and proprietary products to disinfect, deodorize and extract severe odours from your home or commercial structure, regardless of the cause.
Eliminating offensive odours caused by smoke, fires, animal presence, urine, feces, biological decomposition, post-mortem situations, mold, mildew, sewage, and protein-based sources is part of our every day work.
If you have an invasive, offensive odour problem in your home or business property, call us today for fast, efficient and reliable service.
SAFE ODOUR REMOVAL
We do not use harsh, polluting chemicals in our clean up and odour removal procedures. All of our cleaning products are environmentally-safe for people and pets and do not simply mask odours with fragrance or perfume but neutralize microorganisms at their organic source. Even intense, foul and difficult to remove odours are eliminated permanently and safely by our qualified technicians.
